Kings Basin IRWMP
WRIME is currently working with the Kings River Conservation District, Fresno Irrigation District and Consolidated Irrigation District to develop an Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP). The purpose of this project is to develop and refine the concepts of conjunctive water management in the Upper Kings Basin, formulate/define the physical projects, conduct constraints analysis, and assess the benefit/cost ratios of the preferred projects.
